API led a team of professionals to obtain planning for a comprehensive redevelopment of the building to covert it into a Travelodge, with ground floor retail and restaurant users including Morrisons Local and Nando’s.
After project managing, pre-letting and completing the development, the asset was sold to a national pension fund after a competitive bidding process.
