Spencer has overall responsibility for API and works closely with its clients to ensure their strategic plans are supported by appropriate funding structures and transparent management information. Spencer’s career spans 25 years, initially providing corporate debt and equity advice with PwC, before holding finance director roles in a number of substantial privately owned businesses. Spencer joined API in 2016.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience of the UK commercial property market, spanning agency & advisory, development, investment and asset management. Having held senior positions with Lambert Smith Hampton, Wilson Bowden Developments and Noble Organisation Investment, he joined API in 2004 at its launch.

Kelly has 20 years’ experience in property management and also holds a degree in Building Surveying. Kelly has worked for various Local Authorities involved in property Management, acquisitions and sales, as well as time with Keir Property prior to joining API in 2018.

Caroline has over 25 years experience in accounting, compliance and outsourced services in a broad range of UK and international companies. Caroline leads the day to day accounting, management reporting and tax / VAT compliance activities on behalf of our clients.
